I design experiential, data-driven learning experiences that help organizations meet and exceed performance goals.

Teams I’ve worked with tell me that my work is highly effective, meets learner needs in the moment as well as anticipating future needs, and that one of my superpowers is knowing when a meeting could be an email.

I’ve designed training for…

• New and senior level managers.

• Sales teams (inside sales, cold-calling/prospecting, and long-term account executive management).

• Customer service / contact center teams.

• Merchant success teams.

• Leadership development across multiple levels.

• Software use including use cases across different teams using the same system for different purposes.

I’ve also…

• Managed teams of 15+ facilitators and instructional designers

• Worked with marketing and product development teams to improve both internal training as well as customer-facing training

• Overseen all updates for company knowledge base/wiki repositories and change management to update assets,

• Been an LMS (Learning Management System) administrator

• Secured a project management certificate and overseen the end-to-end development of training programs that would touch multiple teams with different needs and require the creation of not just curricula but also an extensive library of learning assets

• Revised existing training to ensure it integrates a DEI+B lens

A few more things…

• I’ve worked with diverse learners from all around the globe, in a variety of training environments: real-time, virtual, self-paced and hybrid.

• I have an Instructional Design Certificate from Duke University.

• My approach to facilitation and training is highly experiential and user-centric (constructivist, social-emotional—which is validated by research in adult learning theory).

• My classroom teaching experience translates well to organizational training—it gave me a deep appreciation of knowing your audience and ensuring learner needs are met.

• And…not to sound all fancy or anything, but one of the end-to-end programs that I developed was accredited by a global accrediting body and has been used by learners from all over the world.
